At Wall Of Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the artwork in its original protective packaging and sturdy shipping tube to ensure it arrives back at our studio in mint condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the art, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
